Convert layered .psd file to animated .mov file format for digital signage

Will be converting an existing layered .psd ad into a 10 second no audio animated .mov format to run in airport baggage claims. Will need to ad minimal text and adjust layout to be visually appeal in a horizontal format vs ads original vertical format...
